Ferdinand von Wrangel

Baron}} Ferdinand Friedrich Georg Ludwig von}} Wrangel (; – ) was a Russian statesman, naval officer and explorer of Baltic German origin. He was also an honorary member of the Saint Petersburg Academy of Sciences and a founder of the Russian Geographic Society.
