Franz Hermann Schulze-Delitzsch

Schulze-Delitzsch in 1863, [[Leipzig]]. Franz Hermann Schulze-Delitzsch, also Hermann Schulze, (29 August 1808 – 29 April 1883) was a German politician and economist.
